Ensure reliable, lifesaving health care
Around the world, people continue to die from treatable illnesses and access to health care is under threat. This is injustice we are committed to curing, but we need your help. Thanks to a group of generous donors, all donations are 3x matched up to $2 million until midnight on December 31st.
That’s three times the impact: three times the progress on maternal care centers, three times the lifesaving medications, and three times the proof that health care as a human right is possible.
Your gift is an act of resistance—a powerful statement that everyone deserves health care, regardless of who they are or where they live. Don’t wait for the match to run out. Donate now to ensure your gift is tripled and show that we're stronger together.
“There are millions of people relying on the care that you help make possible as a PIHer. They do not have the luxury of waiting in despair, and so neither do we.”
- Dr. Sheila Davis, PIH CEO

Bonds of solidarity and access to health care are being attacked around the world. But we refuse to stand by. Instead, we respond with unity, action, and an unshakable commitment to justice. We must stand together to help deliver lifesaving care to those who need it most:
- New maternal health centers and maternal waiting homes have been opened in some of the most dangerous places to give birth in the world, from Lesotho to Mexico, to give women the agency, support, and medical care they need to have a safe birth and pregnancy.
- In Haiti, our teams continue to deliver care despite instability and violence, ensuring Hôpital Universitaire de Mirebalais (HUM) is operational using existing supplies and solar power in the most challenging conditions.
- PIH has made incredible strides towards innovation and care: UGHE—which builds on PIH's three decades of experience in delivering quality care—is ranked number four in universities in Sub-Saharan Africa.
