Global Health Student Conference (Awareness Raising Event)
Attention Student Global Health Advocates! This fall will be an exciting time in global health, and it is time to get involved!

On the day following the 17th Annual Thomas J. White Partners In Health (PIH) Symposium, PIH’s summer interns invite you to attend the 3rd Student Conference. This conference, planned and orchestrated by the PIH interns, will bring together student activists and speakers from many disciplines to discuss global citizenry and the ways in which students can access and affect the mechanisms that influence change in global health. Prominent speakers will participate in interactive panels designed to educate, engage, and energize student involvement in global health advocacy. From large scale policy change efforts to everyday individual activism, panelists will explore pertinent issues in the field. With a better understanding of current priorities and challenges, students will be able to better translate collective energy into change-making action.

Whether you are a high school student or a seasoned collegiate activist, this year’s PIH Student Conference will give you the tools to better understand and influence change in global health.
