Donate to Stop the Collapse of Care
Billions in approved U.S. funding for HIV and TB programs are being withheld, threatening to reverse decades of progress. In Lesotho, the collapse has already begun. Across six districts, U.S.-funded HIV and TB programs have been dismantled. Clinics are closing, health workers are being laid off, and patients with curable illnesses like TB are being turned away. Without immediate support, the health care system will buckle completely.
When global funding is in jeopardy, we rely on community. Your generosity becomes our greatest asset, allowing us to help keep health care available and uphold Dr. Paul Farmer’s belief that health care is a human right.

Release Critical Global Health Funding
In many of the countries where Partners In Health works, timely Global Fund and PEPFAR disbursements are essential to prevent disease outbreaks and protect vulnerable communities. Yet despite bipartisan approval, the Administration is withholding billions, blocking critical HIV and TB funding and forcing devastating cuts to care worldwide.
Email your Members of Congress today and urge them to pressure the Office of Management and Budget and the State Department to release all Congressionally approved Global Fund and PEPFAR funding. Lives depend on it.
