Together, we can deliver the cure

Tuberculosis has been curable for decades, but it is still the deadliest infectious disease in the world because our society isn’t funding enough help where it is needed most.

You can be part of the solution.

Donate to help cure TB around the world

Tuberculosis is preventable, treatable, and curable. Yet, in 2022, over 10.6 million people fell ill with TB and 1.3 million people died from the disease globally. Together, we can ensure lifesaving care reaches everyone.

As thanks for your lifesaving donation, we’re excited to send you our exclusive PIH Sticker Pack. Plus, for donations over $70, you’ll also receive a PIH Accompaniment Tote Bag as an extra token of our appreciation.

Advocate for change

The End TB Now Act of 2023 shifts U.S.-funded TB programs from managing the disease to actively eliminating it. Unanimously passed by the Senate, this bipartisan bill needs a vote in the House of Representatives before year’s end to become law. Now is the time to act.

Email your U.S. Representatives today asking them to bring the End TB Now Act to the floor and secure $1 billion annually for anti-TB programming and receive a complimentary 2024 Exclusive PIH Sticker Pack as a token of our gratitude for your invaluable support!

A legacy of accompaniment

Dr. Paul Farmer was an infectious disease specialist who dedicated his life to making healthcare a human right. He focused on tuberculosis, pioneering the accompaniment model that successfully treated TB and MDR-TB in communities once considered unreachable.

Your donation to immediate TB care today supports these lifesaving efforts. Advocating for legislation like the End TB Now Act of 2023—championed by Dr. Farmer before his passing—honors his legacy and helps to transform U.S. TB treatment and control programs, making significant strides toward elimination.

Your contributions and advocacy are essential to continuing Dr. Farmer's mission and ensuring care for those in need.
