NCDA's Haiti Earthquake Relief Dance-A-Thon

NCDA Dance For Haiti Dance-A-Thon
mother and son

When a Person in Peru, or Siberia, or rural Haiti falls ill, PIH uses all of the means at our disposal to make them well…

Whatever it takes. Just as we would do if a member of our own family—or we ourselves—were ill.

The New Canaan Dance Academy is inviting all its students to participate in a Dance-A-Thon to raise money for the survivors of the Haiti Earthquake. The unprecedented horrors of this natural disaster is brought even closer to the Academy's home as one of its Faculty members, Chellamar Bernard, is originally from Haiti, and the Academy and its students want to do everything possible to help the inhabitants of Haiti and Mr. Chellamar's countrymen. The 3-hour Dance-A-Thon will be held on February 7th, 2010 from 12.00 - 3.00 pm at the Academy's studios at 15 Forest Street, New Canaan. Participants will receive sponsor sheets to record pledges from family and friends. Refreshments and pizza will be served, and the first 100 participants will receive Dance-A-Thon t-shirts. Please click on the "Donate" button to the right to make your contribution.
