Taste of Haiti, Artists & Their Brushes
(Organizing for Haiti)
Caribbean American Network, Inc is orchestrating our annual exhibition to help Haitian artists affected by the earthquake. The Artists and their Brushes will be collaboration between Caribbean Inc, Billionaire Girls Club Inc and select partners to raise funds to purchase various art supplies for affected artists. The event’s mission is designed to directly help Haitian artists’ ability to return to their craft, so that they can continue to inspire the world with their creations.
The event’s funds will provide artists with the tools they need to continue capturing the imagination and color of the Haitian experience. Tools such as brushes, paint, easels and canvases, are being collected to support our initiative. Moreover, in the spirit of Caribbean Inc, our goal is to travel to Haiti and personally deliver the supplies to the artists; one at a time.
We are asking you to assist us in our effort by generously devoting a tax deductible donation of $50 at The Artists and their Brushes exhibition. We have been working diligently over the years to provide the entire Caribbean community and specifically the people of Haiti with the support they need. The success of this event will help us continue to create unique programs to distribute school supplies, clothing, food and toys to those in needs.
We thank you for your time and consideration and we look forward to your presence at the event.
