The Details
August 18th, 2012 4PM - 7PM in Central Park, NYC
On June 18 2012, 18 students dipped their tires in the Pacific Ocean in San Francisco and began an epic journey across America by bicycle. Cycling over 4,000 miles to Boston this summer, the 2012 Ride Against AIDS team will ride into New York, NY on August 18th.
Join the New York City Partners In Health Community as we welcome these dedicated students to New York, learn about FACE AIDS and Partners In Health's important work in Rwanda, and see the riders off on the last leg of their journey! FACE AIDS is an important member of the movement for health care justice around the world, and this will be an exciting opportunity to connect with people and build the movement.
